In fact, each family in the country has their own version of fried chicken.

Here’s a simple yet delicious version of fried chicken! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

 Set A:

  • 1 kilo chicken
  • 4 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 8 pieces calamansi

Set B

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Set C

  • 1 egg
  • Oil for cooking
