DISH YOU KNOW?

Pinatisan is a Filipino cooking process of any kind of meat like pork, beef, and chicken. It literally means “cooked in Patis or fish sauce”. It is very similar to adobo but instead of using soy sauce, we put Patis or fish sauce as the main pampalasa. In other provinces in the country, they even add different kinds of vegetables to this recipe.
