When there’s a pork barbecue, for sure, there’s a family gathering! We just love this sweet, and meaty pork in a bamboo stick!
DISH YOU KNOW?
Inihaw means grilled, specifically, food cooked over charcoal. It is one of the oldest methods of cooking. In the Philippines, it is already a tradition because it brings people together especially during family occasions. In fact, every family in the country has their own version of marinade for their inihaw.
How about you, how many sticks of barbecue can you eat?
