Pinoys love to sip on a hot pot of soup be it a rainy day or after a long day at work. In fact, not a week goes by without having a soupy dish to bathe our rice on the plate. We all have our favorite sabaw-ulam. For sure, MISWAbe ang kain mo pag may sabaw.
DISH YOU KNOW?
Albondigas means meatballs in Spanish. And who can resist meatballs in a soup? This dish though having a Spanish name, probably has a Chinese mother because of the addition of the fine wheat noodles added into the broth. Reason to be called miswa bola-bola by some as well.
